Occupying approximately 50,000 sf of renovated office space at 29 East King Street in Lancaster, PA, Woodstream Corporation’s world headquarters is home to over 200 employees. The project involved a complete facelift of the existing four story façade, as well as, interior renovations for work spaces, collaborative areas, break areas and technical labs.
Our services began with a feasibility study of the company’s existing office and warehouse facility in Lititz, PA. Comprised of multiple additions and decades of makeshift solutions for the growing company’s needs, the workspace environments were inefficient and lacking many desired amenities. By performing a thorough programming analysis and interview process, our team established the spatial requirements and developed test-fit floor plans for various locations, including possible new construction builds. After careful deliberation, the property at 29 East King Street in downtown Lancaster, PA surfaced as the optimal location. Our process continued with refinement of the space planning, interior design, final construction documents, and ultimately, construction administration services.
