Lancaster, PA

Renovation of the Welcome Center located at the Lancaster Campus of Harrisburg Area Community College to accommodate a new Welcome Center and Student Services Department. The work includes selective demolition and reconstruction of approximately 19,000 sf on the 1st floor within the main building, including modifications to Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection Systems.  Phase II includes library and entrance renovations.
