Beers + Hoffman approaches every project uniquely with a blank canvas, taking time to truly get to know you, and provide a positive, shared design experience for everyone. We listen to your wants, desires, priorities, budget and your time frame to define the project scope. The spatial and functional needs of occupants are studied, and physical and historical/cultural context is surveyed. Applying the latest advancements in creative architecture services, we collaboratively develop the appropriate solution that meets your needs for many years to come.
Project Delivery Process
The overall construction delivery method may either be a Design Team Partnering (Design-Build) with an integrated design process teaming the owner-architect-contractor or the “traditional” bid (Design-Bid-Process) used mostly by public entities.
Most individuals only work with an architect once or twice in their life. It is not everyday that a business grows enough to warrant a new office, or a congregation finds itself in a position to expand. These are exciting moments, to be sure! At Beers + Hoffman, we recognize this and genuinely appreciate the opportunity to be a part of your future.
Working with an architect is very different than what popular culture would lead you to believe. In fact, it is much more rewarding than you can imagine! First, we listen. After all, no one understands your situation better than you do. We take the time to not just learn about your project, but to fully grasp what your goals are. Only then can we work collaboratively to find the most creative, yet practical solutions to meet your needs. It really is that simple. You share. We learn. Together, we achieve success.
To enhance enjoyment of the built environment where we live, learn, work, worship, heal and play, through responsible, creative architecture.
“You can use an eraser on the drafting table or a sledge hammer on the construction site.”
– Frank Lloyd Wright
