Located on 100 acres of tree-filled property adjoining the existing Cornwall Manor campus, The Woods features 188 new cottages with five different floor plans. The single and duplex cottages are available with two or three bedrooms, as well as one or two car garages, cathedral ceilings in the living room, eat-in kitchens with plenty of counter and storage space, and options including central vacuum system, a heated garage or a gas fireplace. Floor plans range in size from 1,400 sf to just over 1,800 sf.

The design of these cottages captures the distinctive architecture of the Cornwall area as the exteriors include limestone, sandstone and brownstone along with roof elements that reflect the unique history of this charming locale.
