Beers + Hoffman provided design services for major exterior renovations for Cornwall Manor’s existing Laurel Place Apartment building. A new, pitched roof was designed for the building, and balconies were constructed for each apartment above grade. A building survey was done to capture modifications that have been made to the floor plan over several years.
