The groundbreaking for the long-awaited Lebanon County Expo Center expansion was recently held with local dignitaries, the Expo board and project committee, along with the design and construction team turning the first shovels! The project expands the Expo facility with a new 15,000 sf hall and virtually doubles the event space. Additional parking, storm water facilities and a hog building round out the expansion.  The $10,000,000 addition has been in the planning stages for more than a year and is funded by a state grant and six figure contributions by the Dixon Foundation, Bell & Evans, and WellSpan. Many additional pledges have been made to make the project possible. 

The Expo provides the opportunity for many agricultural programs, including the County Fair, as well as events and gatherings of a wide variety of organizations and exhibitions. It has become the community center for Lebanon County.
