Previously home to a machine shop, our team was faced with the challenge of converting over 7,200 sf of industrial floor area into a polished and sophisticated jewelers retail space that is as expressive as the jewelry that is displayed within.

After complete demolition of the interior components and a small office wing, the interior was transformed into the current sales floor, polishing stations and offices. In addition to re-configuring the interior space, the exterior facade was entirely resurfaced, incorporating warm stucco textures and a 320 sf multi-faceted vestibule addition, constructed of steel, aluminum and glass. The extended storefront system allows for the illuminated Brent L. Miller signage to be highly visible while providing an airy transparency to the facade.

Providing a sparkling and welcoming entrance to the retail space, visitors are engulfed in an atmosphere of curvilinear forms and contemporary lighting, upon entering the jewelers sales floor.
