Entrepreneur Bill Kolovani selected Beers + Hoffman to convert a historic building of 28,000 sf in downtown Lebanon to a Farmers Market and upscale restaurant.

The 19th century building had been used for years as a factory and had been extensively altered for machinery and goods storage. In addition, the fabric of the building had not received adequate maintenance over the years and was in poor condition. The completion of a wonderfully successful and beautiful market for vendors of food and crafts in a two story space deftly designed to incorporate a great variety of users with a consistency in visual accommodations.

Working closely with the owner, Beers + Hoffman provided a design that provides an exciting, festive and efficient public space
