Complete renovation to the façade of an existing 17,250 SF office facility.  Incorporating EIFS, standing seam metal roofing and large spans of storefront glazing systems, the building was given a sleek and welcoming facelift.  With flexible office space within, the floor area was designed to accommodate a variety of potential fit-out needs.
