A ribbon cutting ceremony was held on a beautiful October day on the campus of Cornwall Manor Retirement Community to formally open its new organic farm’s Bank Barn. Peter Kerekgyarto, Principal, Robert Hoffman, Principal Emeritus, and Rick Brouse, CAD Technician attended the celebration.

B+H designed the new bank barn, with the help of the Rodale Institute, to house the needs of Cornwall Manor’s new Trailside Organic Farm on campus. The two-level building has a foundation dimension of approximately 32’ x 64’, constructed of masonry foundation and lower level walls with wood framing and trusses above. The exterior aesthetic reflects the traditional character of historic local bank barns, utilizing a stone-look veneer on gable end walls and a siding product on remaining wall surfaces.
