New Hope-Solebury School District Athletic Field House
As a part of a continuing effort to meet the needs of their community, the New Hope-Solebury School District teamed with Beers + Hoffman to provide and improve features to the recently installed artificial turf field at the New Hope High School campus in New Hope Borough.
Extensive photo-realistic renderings and fly-throughs were created for the design that recalls both the historic homes and the many bridges over the canal.
The project includes a new field house that will provide concessions, restrooms, and team rooms for the stadium. Improvements also include a new press box, expansion of the bleachers, a new entrance gate, and other security and fencing upgrades.

The new stadium will boast amenities like a fully-equipped concessions area, team rooms, public restrooms, and a breezeway offering views of the fields below.
Dr. Charles Lentz, superintendent of the New Hope-Solebury School District, shared his excitement at the groundbreaking event that was attended by local dignitaries, school staff, student-athletes, and community members. “I envision much more than a place for sports and events. I see a place where our students can shine, strengthen bonds, and feel woven into the fabric of our community,” he said.
The program also featured remarks from New Hope-Solebury High School Principal Patrick Sasse, who highlighted the stadium’s potential to enhance student life. “As educators, we often think about learning beyond the classroom setting and opportunities we can provide to inspire them, motivate them, and build character. Having a stadium for the first time offers new possibilities in our efforts to achieve this,” Sasse said.
