Having squeezed out every square foot available to him at his former practice, Dr. Timothy Brennan turned to B+H to assist him in developing a new state of the art facility, Synergy Health. Expanding his care to partner with Nurse Practitioner Lorri Kercher to form the first multidisciplinary functional medicine practice in the Lebanon Valley, he has rebranded Brennan Chiropractic to Synergy Health and embarked on a new construction project just a short distance from his existing practice on Main Street in Annville.

Following the demolition of a dilapidated former service garage and residence, the site was prepared to allow for the new facility to be nestled into the sloped site allowing for accessible access to both practices at the upper and lower levels. Rock was removed and concrete cast to permit the steel structure to be raised and the building to take shape and announce its presence. Large sloping roof forms and roof overhangs articulate the building’s modern form and begin to suggest the openings being created to allow for natural daylight to penetrate the practices.
